These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Pro Defense\u2019s training services and website. By booking with us or using this site, you agree to the following:<\/p>

1.Eligibility<\/h4>

To participate in any class:<\/p>

  • Individuals must be 18 years or older with a valid weapons license<\/li>
  • Those under 18 must be accompanied by a licensed guardian<\/li><\/ul>

    2.Booking & Payment<\/h4>
    • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking<\/li>
    • Remaining fees are paid at the time of service<\/li>
    • You may reschedule your class if needed<\/li>
    • If a class is canceled by the instructor, it will be rescheduled, and you will be notified promptly<\/li><\/ul>

      3.Code of Conduct<\/h4>

      All participants must:<\/p>

      • Follow all range rules and instructor guidance<\/li>
      • Maintain safe, responsible behavior at all times<\/li>
      • Pro Defense reserves the right to refuse service to anyone acting irresponsibly or violating safety protocols.<\/li><\/ul>

        4.Liability Waiver<\/h4>

        By participating, you acknowledge:<\/p>

        • Firearms training involves inherent risks<\/li>
        • You are attending at your own risk<\/li>
        • Pro Defense is not liable for any injury, misuse, or legal incident resulting from your actions before, during, or after training<\/li><\/ul>

          5.Intellectual Property<\/h4>
